Update -
We've isolated the issue to specifically previewing PDFs. Previewing other files, eg: images, aren't impacted. We're continuing to investigate the cause in order to implement a fix.

Investigating -
We're investigating an issue where users cannot preview file uploads within the Patient profile. The temporary workaround is downloading the file and viewing it on your computer.
